Guess whom rules the wolrd?

Presidents are puppets, one way or another the banks get them to do what they want.

The banks that run the world need a war - a big war - to cover for the multi-trillion dollar derivatives bubble and losses.

The plan was for war with Russia when Hillary took over.

With the shock of her loss, the re-tooled plan is for war with China under Trump.

Of course, war with China will bring in Russia, as war with Russia would bring in China.

So why on Earth would any sane military person want a war with either Russia or China?

Well, in the mid-1990's a few think tanks came up with the reasoning that the US could attack Russia with a first strike nuclear attack, taking out most of their nukes, and only suffer negligible losses ("negligible being 12% to 20% US civilian loss).

The military has been drooling at the possibility of nuking Russia ever since.

Because they work for the banks, not for the president, nor for the people.
