Mere words without any power.

What about our Constitutional Right to pursue Happiness?

The right is one thing, and the possibility is a totally different thing, I would rather like a constitution that gives the possibility with the right, not just the right, and yours gives not such possibility, the one I am working on yes, it does.

Is like I tell you that taking an aspirin will help you pass your headache, but I also locked the aspirins and am not giving you the keys.

If you think that a Right is the best you can have. Whether, and to the extent you exercise it, is your choice.

Than tell that to JFK and MLK, they might believe you

The Right to life doesn't guarantee that someone won't kill you.

Than that is not a right, is a privilege and can be revoked at any time, a right cannot be revoked, and those two were doing nothing wrong, one was doing exactly what he promised to be elected and the nation was cherishing him, and the other one was making good things happen and the nation was cherishing him, who killed them?

The US constitution ¨upholders¨ and ¨protectors¨ like FBI, CIA, banks, police, the involvement went that deep that the official agencies haired Mafia to help than covered for them and killed anybody who could talk, starting with JFK presumed killer that did not even fired his gun, murdered by a congress man (it starts with the¨con¨... eh), and the MLK presumed killer that was not even present at the place, he fled the day before since he smelled something doggy and was hundreds of miles away.

Tell me about the right to live.

"Right to Life, Liberty and the Pursuit of Happiness"

and no means to uphold them true, so mere words without any power.
