How to (NOT) get scammed via a phone call that looks (MAYBE) legit.

got called today from this number, they knew whom they were calling, name, company, etc,

they asked questions that were requiering a "YES" answer probably to coroborate it with other voice answered questions to try to nick my banking access details,

I answered their about 6 YES targeting questions with synonimes like "absolute" or "that's right" and similar,

after my first non complian answers they simply hang up in the midle of the conversation as they were not going anywhere with trying to get my access words for my banking accounts.

Beware of answering calls from unknown people, never answer with "yes" to the call or any question, or give them your name, or your pet's name, mother's maiden name or other similar details that you have set as your banking access passwords, always use synonimes to any question targeting a key word until you determine if the caller is genuine, which 99% of the cases it is not.
