The economy of socialist type, capitalist type, or communist or fascist, or feudal or based on slavery, or on religion, has noting of natural in it.

As the military strategies, Chess game, or GO, card games like Poker or Bridge, it is based on rules invented by someone to give that someone an advantage and a solid position in the negotiations with the other players that adhered to the game on their own will, or have being forced to play against their will under merciless penalty if they do not.

The change of game rules is done by the one that has the biggest power in the game, if anyone else tries will be mercilessly punished.

Same punishment goes for whom tries to create another game with it's own rules, the state hates competition, especially if the competition thrives without the state aid or it decides to just make another state.

The entire human society is but a game with rules that can be broken only by the one that can impose themselves on the others, free thinking out of the rules frame is seen as rebellion and who dares to think freely is hunted down and eradicated.

And that is the main reason the society disintegrates in time, when no more free thinkers exist, no more fresh revolutionary ideas to patch the dying machine are crafted, the gear starts falling apart in lack of lubrication and new parts.

This is how empires fall, they are born out of greed and give laws on top of laws, and fall apart under the burden of the accumulated laws and regulations, armies to enforce them and to conquer, oppressions and eradications of free thinkers that go astray from the authorized line.
