Absolute control of individuals is a top priority necessity.
That can only be achieved with their unconscious consent be it out of fear for their health and safety or for their entertainment needs being meet through the means of control itself, but a combination of both works best if supplemented with light psychedelic drugs on a daily basis, some made legal to consume such as alcohol, cigarettes, sugar and pharmaceuticals, and other made illegal to consume but made available on the streets anyway.
In lack of such control the society will degenerate in self organised "chaotical anarchic friendly to each-other" collaborative groups based on volunteering, absolutely uncontrollable and not productive for the system owners.
Notions such as "Freedom" and "Rights" are intolerable because contrary to order and prosperity of a modern and progresist society of the New World Order type where individuals don't matter, only top controllers matter, everybody else must be zombified into obedience.
Such notions will be forbidden, and anybody referring to them will be considered a subversive element of the enemy, and sentenced to jail.
