The ELITE want Revolutions, because they know how to control them, from the Latin; Revolvere, that is to say; rotate/spin around a pivot / axis, in short, the same old but a new view for those too blind and credoulous to see the truth.
It does not take revolutions, but emancipations; evolutions, and they fear both those who manage to emancipate themselves through evolution, because they know they can no longer lie and control them at will, and those who once emancipated at least partially, than educate others how to be emancipated and evolve without state intervention . And this ithe key concept they fear most; without the state intervention.
Because emancipation means Autarchyc (self-sufficiency in anything you need) Anarchy (without leaders / rulers, dirigent class, elites to dictate their laws and rules and enfordce them against the poeple's needs and wants) and this is exactly what they avoid to let happen, so the heads of the slaves kept in binding (ReLigion, from the latin re (petitio) and Legio, to tie in a bunch that cannot move around) and with rotated so called leaders (Revolution) Soviet style ( the rotation of the leading cadres, to create the impression of ongoing but inexistent democracy).
But if you can think as a free, autarchic and anarchic man, you practically do not need them, while they do need you, to make a living.
Remove yourself from the state, be the parallel state, become self-sufficient (you need knowledge of various domains and the tools to manage yourself either alone or/ and with friends) so that you do not need them or their money at all, ever.
This is what they fear.
