Just a bit hunger all the time is your best bet to stay alive, hunger is man's best friend, we are designed to withstand;
hunger,
cold,
sun heat waves,
floods,
various diseases,
and broken bones among other things,
we are not programmed to stay alive for long when we live in abundance and without worries,
obesity kills us,
if not then diabetes,
cancer,
et., etc., etc.,
all diseases of those who have and do not miss a thing...
