Just like Knowledge and Science, also Power and Politics if grouped and hoarded in the hands of a few become a recepee for deisaster, a triggered bomb waiting to kaboom
The best thing to do with Knowldge and Science is not hoarding them, but spreading them, not grouping them by consesus but dilute their concentration into the masses, hence creating a large pool of science discoveries even if only by accident, working it on the law of the large numbers, Hive Mind likewise, and than knowledge will produce scientific progress (but no profits for the hoarders, that hider progress that could lower their profits.)
Political and administative powers work the same, every time we choose somebody to rule over, the dude in charge and their clicques, nothing good happen, anywhere.
Let us rule over ourseves as a Hive Mind, and you will see achievements you never ever thought of as possible on thie planet.
