Loneliness is good, it's phenomenal, for those who have the wisdom to use it with personal profit for their mental health.
This what we have today is not loneliness, it's mental alienation with Tik Tok and Fakenbook in hand summer days until late evening and each evening is another good evening , give it a boost until dawn and in the morning start all over again.
Zero sleep or something like that, rest of the brain nada, time to think about the immortality of the soul... zip.
That's not loneliness, it's false social interaction, and the consequences in the loft are that the furniture there is a bit broken, and it rots.
