I have noticed that happy people don´t do drugs, don´t drink booze, and don´t smoke tobacco either, they are already happy, no need for substitutes or boosters or random sex or other thrill junk methods.
However unhappy people, no matter how poor or rich, need boosters, substitutes, to feel that happiness they cannot have naturally because too stressed by debts, work, income, taxes, pressure from society, expectations from family and friends, will to achieve more so they can prove who they are, greed and the stupid need for instant gratification promoted today on all media as the norm of consumerism society.
But if you give them happiness, real happiness, a god reason to be simply happy, they give up the boosters no problem, they just quit them without even being prompted, that need is gone.
The world needs to be more happy, not more wealthy and stressed.
