Better if they go together hand in had, but often you can have fun while you are not happy, while you are depressed, worried, without solutions, without a tomorrow that you can trust, on the other hand you can be happy without having fun, just sit there and feel happy.
You cannot just sit there and have fun, that is no fun, but you can still be happy and enjoy life and a quiet moment staring at the passing clouds and admiring their form shifting.
