Legally speaking NoVak did nothing of illegal on the Australian territory, however Australia shitted on their own laws and constitution, and pissed on the international laws and agreements, thus creating a dangerous precedent of the magnitude of that one created by Trump when he authorised the assassination of an Iranian Diplomat on the Iraqi territory where he was legally and officially invited.
This opened the season to hunt and kill diplomats worldwide, so think of the consequences of the precedent created by the Aussies this time.
